Meet the Designer

I'm Kari Corkran McCone. I started my business, Beading Heart Creations, over 5 years ago because I love beads and can't seem to get enough of them. My background is in chemical engineering, but I have always enjoyed design work in many different arts. I enjoy the challenge of creating one-of-a-kind custom pieces that my customers love to wear. I have designed jewelry for many brides and bridal parties.

I specialize in sterling silver, freshwater pearls, semi-precious stones, and Swarovski crystals. I am constantly experimenting with new techniques to bring a unique quality to my designs.

I sell my work from my home, at select shows, and through shops in the Denver, CO and Anchorage, AK areas. If you are interested in carrying my pieces in a shop or show, please contact me.

I LOVE designing custom jewelry. Please contact me if you are interested in having a special piece designed just for you.

Children's Jewelry

Please supervise small children while they are wearing jewelry. Beads and charms can present a choking hazard.

Homeshows

Earn free jewelry!! Host a jewelry show in your home!! Hosts receive a free gift and 15% of the show's total sales (excluding shipping and tax) and a 25% off one item coupon for every show booked.

Children's Birthday Parties

Kids love to make jewelry! Our parties will provide the fun activity and party favor for your event. We will come to your home, help the children create something special, and finish off all pieces for them so they have a unique party favor to take home. We have a wide range of projects to fit any budget, with a minimum of $75 per party.

Girl's Night Out

Bring some wine and appetizers to my home and I'll supply a fun evening!! No jewelry making experience is necessary!! I have a huge inventory of beads and supplies and plenty of room for you and your friends. I will help you create as many pieces of jewelry as you want in an evening. Everyone will leave with beautiful creations they can say they made themselves!! The cost is $10 per person plus the cost of beads.

Private Lessons

I offer personal private lessons for one or for a small group. If there is a jewelry making technique you would like to master, contact us and we can make arrangements.
